Vegan is a word, now commonly said. For those eating without animals, but plant foods instead. Other than that, it doesn't say much. Really just the foods, they simply won't touch. It is not a diet, nor identity to cling. Despite the impression, it generally will bring. So how to do 'vegan', and what on earth can you eat? Really it's anything, but dairy, eggs and meat.
